Development of Kent Station.

Cork North Central Deputy Billy Kelleher has today called on Iarnrod Eireann to make a decision on the development of Kent Station.

“The rail service is an important part of the overall strategy of infrastructural improvement in Cork. Kent Station forms an intregal part of the Rail Strategy and is in need of redevelopment.”

 “We are at a stage where the Docklands Development is progressing rapidly and CIE have undertaken major works at the Bus Station. It is essential that Iarnrod Eireann bring forward such a decision.”
